Subterranean Termites are the most common wood destroying termites in Malaysia. They cause serious damage to residential and commercial building. Subterranean termite are tiny creatures like ants. They are ground-inhabiting, social insects that lice in colonies. The mature termite colony consists of 3 major castes which are Reproduction (King and Queen), Soldiers and Worker.
Baiting System
An effective method to control the termites colony. Not involve any hole drilling or chemicals pumping to eliminate the whole colony effectively
Post Construction Corrective Soil Treatment
Drilling holes along the perimeter of the building and inject chemical into the hole to form the chemical barrier from termites enter the properties.
Pre Construction Soil Treatment
Preventive soil treatment can be carry our when the property is under construction. Termiticide solution will be sprayed over the compacted soil of the built up area to form chemical barrier in the soil.
