We are using torch-on mineral membrane to treat all leaking from concrete flat roof. This method come with 3-5 years leaking warranty. Roof coating come with 3 different type of coating, acrylic roof coating, polyurethane waterproof coating and insulation coating. All the coating serve different purpose and we propose base on customer’s preference. Roof coating service come with 2-years leaking warranty.
