PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2026: Where Mindanao’s Construction Industry Meets What’s Next

DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES — Mindanao is entering a period of continued development, with infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial projects reshaping communities across the region. With it comes a simple question for the construction sector: how can the industry build better for what lies ahead?
From September 3–5, 2026, at the SMX Convention Davao at SM Lanang Premier, PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2026 will bring the industry together for its 15th edition, guided by the theme "Smarter. Stronger. Sustainable.”
Brought to you by the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), the exhibition will feature construction machinery, equipment, building materials, tools, technologies, and other solutions relevant to today’s projects.
The significance of an industry exhibition goes beyond the products showcased.
It is where builders learn not just where to find products, but how to evaluate and acquire them—empowering businesses with trusted suppliers and giving emerging technologies a place in the market. These encounters can influence how projects are planned, delivered, and maintained long after the exhibition ends.
For Mindanao, that matters.
The region’s development requires an industry capable of responding to diverse project demands, evolving technologies, resource constraints, and rising expectations. Having access to new products and ideas gives businesses more room to grow and make informed decisions.
PCA has long supported the development of the Philippine construction sector by creating platforms that bring its stakeholders together. PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao continues that role by giving the regional market an avenue to see what is available, assess what is relevant, and engage with the people behind it.
The bigger picture goes beyond construction itself.
Every project eventually becomes part of everyday life—a road that connects people, a facility that supports an enterprise, a home for a family, or infrastructure that enables a community to function.
What the industry builds in Mindanao today becomes the foundation on which Filipinos thrive tomorrow. Better construction is more than a business goal—it is nation-building in action.
This September 3–5 at SMX Convention Center Davao, PHILCONSTRUCT Mindanao 2026 opens its doors to the people and businesses who answer that call.
Three days. One industry. A wider view of what Mindanao can build next.
