UNI-T UT511 Insulation Resistance Tester

The UNI-T UT511 Insulation Resistance Tester is a professional-grade instrument engineered for evaluating insulation in large transformers, generators, high-voltage motors, and other industrial systems. It offers selectable test voltages from 100V to 1000V and measures insulation resistance up to 10GΩ with ±(3%+5) accuracy. It also supports AC (up to 750V) and DC voltage (up to 1000V) measurements, low resistance (0.1Ω–999.9Ω), and features vital diagnostic tools such as Polarization Index (PI), Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), and comparison measurements.

Equipped with auto-ranging, analog bar graph display, backlight, over-range warning, and high-voltage indication, the UT511 ensures clear visibility and operational safety. It can store up to 18 test results, features a 30-minute timing function, and runs on 8 LR14 batteries. The rugged housing and reliable performance make it ideal for industrial maintenance and quality assurance.
