The Environment Monitoring System has specialized sensors that will monitor the state of the following parameters: temperature of the battery terminals, voltage output from batteries or panel array and current load on batteries or charging circuit.
Battery Health Monitoring:

The Battery Health Monitoring Sensor is a multipurpose DC power monitoring sensor. For voltages up to 60VDC, monitor the voltage, current, and wattage of batteries. A temperature sensor checks the battery terminals’ temperature. An increasing temperature can be a sign of increased resistance in the battery. When used on a solar power system, you can check the voltage and current draw of your solar power battery bank. Compared to the solar panel output you can ensure your system is properly sized and balanced.
All EMS sensors are guaranteed to work up to 10 years before battery/parts replacement.
