Galvo scanner vision system creates new possibilities on high speed target image capturing. Enabling target magnification image in a define field. Its integration allow for the coarse and fine movement and placement for better efficiency. Creating new agility to inspection process. When vision agility is intergrated to a laser system, tradition laser processing such as marking, cutting and welding are greatly enhance.
Such integration harness new possibility into better product yield in pre inspection, laser process control and post inspection.

Laser Marking –
Laser etching and engraving refer to a permanent mark that is made when a laser removes material from the surface of an object. This marking can be done on almost any part, making it a great solution for products that need Branding, Traceability or Identity

Laser Welding –
Laser welding is a process used to join metals or thermoplastics using a laser beam to form a weld. Being such a concentrated heat source, in thin materials laser welding can be carried out at high welding speeds and in thicker materials it is capable to produce narrow and deep welds between square-edged parts.
