Operation Description of Dynamat SP Machine. Powder feed from user's silo flows into Dynamat SP Machine inlet into the impellar chamber. Rotating impellar in the impellar chamber is powered by a electric motor. The powder is fed by the rotating impellar through the filling spout into the product bag. The product bag is held by a pneumatic bag clamp on the weigh frame. The weigh frame is attached to electronic load cells which sends the weight signal to the weight indicator and controller. Dynamat SP Machine is more suited for bagging of fine free flowing powder. Products bagged by Dynamat SP include: sand, cement, lime powder, all kinds of mineral powder, chemical powder, building material powder.
