Operation Description of Dynamat XF Machine.
Powder feed from user's silo flows into Dynamat XF machine inlet into the air chamber. In the air chamber the powder is fluidised by low pressure air supplied by a electric air blower. The fluidised powder is fed by low pressure air through the filling spout into the product bag. The product bag is held by a pneumatic bag clamp on the weigh frame. The weigh frame is attached to electronic load cells which sends the weight signal to the weight indicator and controller. A pneumatic pinch valve at the filling spout provides fast and slow feed rate in to the product bag. This provides fast feeding and ensures weighing accuracy. Products bagged by Dynamat XF includes: sand, cement, lime powder, mineral powder, chemical powder, building material premix powder, grout powder.
