INDXIA Cam Indexer HD Series

The HD series is the most commonly used Cam Indexer, available in mny sizes and configurations.
Utilizing the roller gear mechanism, the HD series offer both speed and accuracy.

Description

The HD series Indexer produces precise and rgid performance at an exceptional value within its class.

It is available from small to mid-size models (shaft-to-shaft disctance: 45 to 170mm, suitable for high speed and low number of stops equipment
(0 ~ 700 rpm, up to 48 stops depending on number of dwells).

Furthermore, it is available in many different mounting and installation positions.

• Sizes: 45, 60, 70, 80, 110, 140 and 170mm (input shaft to output shaft distance)

• D-Indexing Motions: 2 to 32 stops

• E-Oscillating Motions: 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees

• R-Constant Rotation Reducer: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12:1 ratio cam

• Input Speed: 0-700 RPM
