Our specialist ball valve services includes metal ball rebuilt, repair & refurbishment, modifications, spherical & planetary lapping and fine polishing to achieve functional testing conforming to API 598 /API 6D or equivalent standard, close to OEM and client specifications.
Our unique metal ball rebuilt, lapping and polishing technology allows us to achieve close dimension, geometric tolerance and surface finish. We provide engineered sealing solutions for both soft and metal seated ball valves bespoke to client ‘s stringent requirements.
We perform accredited tests conforming to API test methods and criteria in specially designed safety enclosures for high pressure valve testing.
We are an authorized repair facility for Cameron, TIV Italy and Klinger Schoneberg GmbH and undertake repair work for the following Ball Valves.
