VIBRATORY SEPARATORS

AMKCO Separators (also called circular vibratory screeners and sieves) separate bulk solid materials from solids and slurries using multi-plane, inertial vibration. Typical applications include sifting, scalping, trash screening, classifying de-dusting and de-lumping of dry bulk solids, or dewatering of solids-laden slurries. The screeners range in diameter from 460mm to 2200mm and are offered with single or multiple screening decks, separating particles in one to five predetermined fractions ranging from 50mm to 37 microns.
