Balmore Amazing Direct Hair Colour is manufactured in Finland. It is a semi permanent hair colour suitable for white or bleached hair. If used on a head of hair with sparsely distributed white hair you will look like you have highlights! Mix and match all colours like water colour and achieve your colourful effect. Suitable to use as a hair mascara or hair wax – please apply with a colour brush. Colours lasts up to 7 washes.
