Operation Description of Dynamat PW Machine.
Powder feed from user's silo flows into Dynamat PW machine inlet. Electric powered agitator loosens powder before feeding to feed screw. A horizontal feed screw powered by electric motor feeds the powder to a double tube feed spout which fills the powder into the product bag. The product bag is hung on the outer tube of the double tube feed spout. This outer tube is attached to the weigh frame which is attached to electronic load cell. The electronic load cell sends the bag weight signal to the weight indicator and controller. A frequency controller controls the feed screw speed for fast and slow feeding. This ensures a fast bagging rate as well as weighing accuracy. Products bagged by Dynamat PW includes: mineral powder, chemical powder, petrochemical powder, food powder, premix powder, agricultural powder.
