Bagging Machines Dynamat XO

Operation Description of Dynamat XO Machine. Powder feed from user's silo flows into Dynamat XO machine inlet. The powder is fed by a horizontal screw feeder which fills the powder into the product bag. The product bag is held by a pneumatic bag clamp of the weigh frame which is attached to electronic load cells which sends the weight signal to the weight indicator and controller. The screw feeder discharge has a pneumatic clamshell valve. When the correct bag weight is reached the screw feeder stops. At the same time the pneumatic clamshell valve closes and stops flow of powder into the bag. Closure of the open top bag is by user's sewing machine. Products bagged by Dynamat XO includes: mineral powder, chemical powder, petrochemical powder, food powder, fertiliser powder.
