Traditional hot-air drying and heating equipment with simple construction exist on the problem of uneven distribution of heating energy,so that the that the heat can only be transferred to the surface of the object during drying,backing and curing processes.This leads to higher energy consumption,long operation time,low efficiency ,and uncontrollable quality.

The IR(Infrared)Halogen Quartz Heaters can heat up instantly and have one feature in which the heat can pass through by radiation and conduction from the heated object or substance. Due to this property,halogen heater can dry,bake and cure object evenly with high efficiency it can shorten operating time,reduce heat loss,and assure stable quality.
