The Mikasa FX-60E is a heavy-duty Electric Concrete Vibrator engineered to facilitate effective concrete consolidation in various construction environments, including deep foundations, bridge decks, and high-rise columns.

By placing a powerful, high-performance motor directly inside the 61 mm vibrating head, the FX-60E achieves a consistent vibration frequency of 200/240 Hz (12,000/14,400 VPM) with a high amplitude of 2.0 mm. This design eliminates the mechanical friction losses of traditional flexible shaft vibrators, allowing it to maintain peak performance even when working with low-slump concrete.

Built for the rigors of the jobsite, the FX-60E features:

• A robust 48V three-phase motor
• A 15-meter power cable and a 4-meter or 6-meter heavy-duty rubber hose for extensive reach
• An anti-vibration design and specialized electronic protection, including a "soft-start" feature and thermal sensors to prevent motor burnout
