Igema EL040 EL21-2 SMHC1 SMHC2_Electrode System

• Igema EL040 /EL21-2 are level electrodes which works based on conductivity measurement principle with self-monitoring function
• Igema EL 040 is suitable for steam boilers up to 32 barg
• Igema EL 21-2 is suitable for steam boilers up to 200 barg
  
• Length 500 to 1700 mm.
• Used in conjunction with the Igema SMHC 1 / SMHC 2 ( high level limiter/switch) to provide high water level alarm or shut down the boiler feed pump
  
• The Igema SMHC 1 / SMHC 2 incorporates a microprocessor based controller with periodic self-checking for high integrity safety check against controller malfunction as well a self-monitoring check on the electrode and cable short-circuit.
• Measuring range : 0.5 - 10,000 μS/cm
• Boiler equipment acc. to TRD 604 (continuous operation without constant supervision for 24/72 hrs)
  
• Approvals :EU component tested, Safety integrity level SIL 3, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) - special design acc. to Water level 100
