Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) For Transfer Carriage

10T Transfer Carriage Hydraulic system:

• Consist of 80L HPU with 1 no. of 7.5kW electrical motor and 1 no. of V10 vane pump.
• Consist of 3 units of 2C type solenoid control valve, and 1 piece of 6C type solenoid control valve.
• Travelling motor and Latching cylinder control by 2C solenoid valve. Cage discharge controls by 6C solenoid valve

Actuators used :

• Carriage travelling forward & reverse : Hydraulic motor
• Cage discharge : Hydraulic motor
• Carriage alignment & latching : Hydraulic cylinder
