U bolt for Concrete Pipe

Concrete pipelines deliver concrete exquisitely from concrete mixer truck to high rise building with a press of button. Concrete pipelines are commonly seen at 5" (148mm or 151mm) in diameter, or DN125, 3 meters in length. The whole pipelines are steel made, every 3 meters are connected by lever coupling or bolt coupling, where in corner various angle of elbow can be placed to help pipeline reaches to the top of the skyscraper. Other than elbow, shorter pipes from 0.5 meter to 2 meter can be employed as long as all the turnings do not affect the pumping performance. Pipelines can be lying on the building floor, climbing up onto wall, sometimes even without support as far as the professional safety consultant allow. These pipelines are hold strongly by bracket bolted securely into finished concrete slab. (That's the reason why concrete pump and pipelines are often employed after at least 2 floors of buildings are done.) The bracket and pipelines are then pulled together with 16mm u bolt and tighten with nylon lock nut to avoid unfastening caused by vibration.
