When asked about how to keep the business competitive, Mr. James Lee (Managing Director) highlighted that planning and implementation stage is very important in our line of business. Mr. Loo Eng Leong (Contracts Director) also highlighted about delivering projects on schedule, as this fosters deep trust between our customers and our company, and upholds our credibility in this market. Through the years, this has been our working philosophy and we have overcame numerous demanding project deadline challenges successfully.

Our company believes in optimising efficiency and effectiveness through empowering its employees. This is also another main key factor of our organisation's successful expansion through the years. Our organisation hierarchy spans no more than five levels and we firmly believe our workers and employees are our company's main assets. Continual upgrading programs are available for all our employees, from various hierarchies in our organisation. We currently have a team of more than a hundred workers under our payroll and a strong team of more than twenty employees supporting our company's various operations. Our company currently operates in two major business units, namely Contracting division and Marketing division.

- Supply and Installation of refractory linings on industrial boilers, furnaces, and other heated equipment.
- Supply and Installation of fireproofing linings on steel structures, vessels, equipment saddles, legs and skirts.
- Insulation systems design, engineering, material procurement service, project supervision and management.
