Inaugurated in 1970 and wholly owned by Mr. Choa Goan Ho, Sea Contractor commenced operations as a manufacturer and fabricator of pilot and hardwood ladders. For the past 3 decades, we have grown from strength to strength. Today, we are a top supplier of ladders to local ship chandlers. We aim to expand into the Asia-Pacific and beyond in the near future.
