About Us Starpal's History Starpal was formed in 1998 as Starpal Marketing , it provided support to corporate on all kinds of Providing packaging solutions, contract packing and packaging materials.

Starpal Pte Ltd, established in Jan 2005, started as a Collection and Recycling Centre. Starpal does collection, recycling and disposal of used materials and provide packaging solutions, inspection, sorting and repacking services.

In 2012, Starpal Pte Ltd expanded its services to provide lead acid batteries refurbishment and maintenance services with the advance Automated Intelligent Battery Refurbish System.

Starpal Pte Ltd has been assessed and certified with ISO9001: 2008 and ISO14001:2004 from SGS. Starpal has also been awarded licenses by National Environment Agency to be a General Waste Collector and a Toxic Industrial Waste Collector. Starpal also holds a Second Hand Goods Dealer licence and fulfilled the Ministry of Manpower requirements to attain bizSAFE level 3.
