Residing in Southeast Asia, YSP group, as a member of Yaskawa Electric Corporation group, has been providing Yaskawa's high-quality products and technologies to customers in the region.

YSP group consists of 5 companies, Yaskawa Electric (Singapore) Pte Ltd (YSP) as headquarters, Yaskawa Electric (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (YSPT), PT. Yaskawa Electric Indonesia (YSPI), Yaskawa Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd (YSPV) and Yaskawa Engineering Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. (EAPS, after sales service). (As of 2014)

In 2004 YSPT was incorporated in Thailand, followed by YSPI in Indonesia in 2008, and YSPV in Vietnam in 2014 as YSP's subsidiaries to supply Yaskawa products and technologies regionally. In 2004, EAPS was established and incorporated in Singapore as a joint venture company between Yaskawa Electric Engineering Corporation and YSP to provide customer with high quality engineering services for Yaskawa Products.

YASKAWA ELECTRIC CORPORATION (JAPAN)

In early 20th century, Japanese industry was gearing up for modernization. It was 1915 when Yaskawa Electric came into the world as a motor and control equipment manufacturer for coal mining in the midst of rapid industrialization.

Since then, we have developed electrical machines and equipment for use in a diverse range of fields and industries, including the iron and steel industry. In the time of post war high growth, we pushed for greater automation in manufacturing, including automobile production and developed industrial robots to aid that cause. In recent years, Yaskawa Electric has played an advice part in semiconductor production. All along since establishment, we have been contributing to the development of society with our exclusive technologies and products that always set the trend of new era.
