In 2000, the company's annual sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time.

In 2001, Dezhou Machine Tool Works held holdings and established Dezhou Delong (Group) Machine Tool Co., Ltd. In 2002, Dezhou Machine Tool Plant was restructured into Dezhou Precion Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The new factory area was expanded, and the company established a group company with branches:

In 2008, Dezhou precion Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was renamed Shandong precion Group Co., Ltd.
