As the most important running and manufacturing base in Global, the D-string assembly and test center with an area of 1,300,000 square feet. Our center has the whole process and facilities of casting, machining, assembly, testing and warehousing and logistics.

In casting, we use advanced Hunter molding line from the US, resin sand reproduction line and clay sand water treatment production line. The production and assembly workshop, with an area of 210,000 square feet, has more than 30 sets of CNC equipment imported from the US and Germany. All the products use CAD design, CAM computer-aided processing and the latest laser processing technology to replace traditional processes extensively. The workshop has the capacity to produce 50,000 sets annually and 3,000 tons of all types of castings.We have 200 direct spectrometer and advanced testing equipment with no damage to ensure the internal and external quality requirements of our products in all aspects.In 2006, products of some specifications in our factory passed American UL and FM fire certification.In 2008, our castings passed German PED-AD2000 material certification and in 2009 passed ISO 9001 quality system certification and ISO14000 environment system certification.
