Toh Chye Hock Building Contractor Pte Ltd began its life in the 1960s as a provider of minor construction services. The company was started by Toh Chye Hock, who in 1984 lent the name to his son, Richard Toh Poh Guan, who was then in his twenties.

Under the leadership of Richard (who is more often affectionately known as Ah Guan), the company began to take on bigger and more complicated projects as a sub-contractor. Since then it has grown from strength to strength, and has built hundreds of houses around Singapore.

Today, Toh Chye Hock has become one of the most trusted and reliable main contractors and builders of private houses in Singapore.

We strive to provide the best and most sincere service possible, and hope to build not just houses, but homes, for our customers.

Since 2011, we have also begun our work as a micro-developer.
