The Eppendorf presence in Malaysia is maintained by 3 entities - the Malaysia Marketing Office, the Southeast Asia Marketing Office and the East Asia Regional Center which houses the Customer Support Center. The Malaysia Marketing Office provides direct marketing and sales support on Eppendorf products for the Malaysian customers. It also provides directly aftersales service such as product repairs, warranty claims, system validation and calibration and applications trouble-shooting. The Southeast Asia Marketing Office provides marketing and sales support for the distribution channels in the region. Our Customer Support Center provides trainings, technical support through telephone hotline and emails and together with the other Eppendorf offices offer technical and application consultation for laboratory setups.
