Procedure and Documentation

All contractual terms of employment will be explained clearly to both successful foreign candidates as well as our clients

After which, we will prepare all relevant documents for application of Work Pass

IPA Application

Preparing all IPA (In-Principle Approval) application and submit to the Ministry of Manpower

Accommodation for Workers

Worker’s flight and accommodation will be arranged upon the approval of Ministry of Manpower

Orientation for workers on Singapore culture, living style and work attitude will be conducted

Post Arrival Services

Sending workers for medical check-ups and arrange for vaccination if necessary

Assisting of workers in collection of Work Permit from Ministry of Manpower returning of workers Work Permit and passports with copy of documents to our clients

After Sales Service Support

Survey will be carried out to gather feedback on workers’ performance

To meet workers for briefing on their weakness if there is a request from employer

Arrangement for repatriation of the workers will be conducted if workers’ contract expires or employer found unsuitability
