1979 - Sinflora (S) Pte Ltd was established. Presently one of the single largest Garden Centres in Singapore, the company specializes in wholesale and retail of plants, garden furniture, florist supplies and gardening accessories.

1986 - incorporation of Sinflora Trading Sdn Bhd, which imports, trades and does wholesale of artificial flowers, plants, shade nets, and construction nets in Malaysia.

1988 - Sunflower Industries Sdn Bhd was set up in Malaysia to manufacture agriculture and construction netting.

1994 - Aspac Floral Foam Co Ltd was established in Hong Kong as the trading and exporting arm of Aspac Floral Foam (Dongguang) Co. Ltd, which exports to more than 70 countries in the world under the brand name of ASPAC. Aspac Floral Foam (Dongguang) Co. Ltd is the largest single manufacturer of Phenolic floral foam in the world.

1998 - incorporation of All Green Agritech Sdn Bhd, which produces leather leaf fern and tomatos for export. All Green has 3500 acres of land at Lojing Highlands in Kelantan, which is being developed for the growing and export of agriculture on a commercial scale.

2004 - Shinsei Farm was established for the export of orchids, oncidium and phalaenopsis.

2010 - Splendid Floriculture Sdn Bhd was established to grow and export single and spray fresh cut chrysanthemum to overseas markets, mainly Japan. Splendid aims to be one of the largest chrysanthemum exporters in Asia by 2020.
