Bangkok, Thailand, 4 October 2023 – In the world of rapid digital disruptions and transformations, digital technology plays a crucial role in today’s technological revolution. New technologies, digital tools and solutions are emerging across all business sectors globally, enabling businesses to scale up their efficiency and profitability.

The importance of DigiTech ASEAN Thailand 2023 as a key industry platform that helps drive Thailand’s digital economy is underscored by having two Ministries as its Host Organisations, namely Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The event is being also supported by government agencies such as Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) and National Innovation Agency (NIA), along with many other government and private sector organisations from Thailand and aboard.
Organized under the theme “Connecting you with global and digital community”, DigiTech ASEAN Thailand 2023 serves as the international gathering place for the global technology, digital and market community to connect and engage to forge business partnerships and opportunities, networking and knowledge exchanges in the ASEAN digital market landscape.
The regional digital market in ASEAN is expected to hit US$500 billion by 2025, to become one of the world’s top 5 regions for digital technology applications. This region will also see rapid growth in 5G ecosystem integrations with IoT applications, solutions and networks.
